Great opportunities for interns in 2017
We constantly welcome a diverse range of young talent into the Ferrero family. Currently we are working on a unified Internship program, including our Plant in Poços de Caldas and the Corporate Office in São Paulo. It is a structured development program with a 1 to 2 years’ duration. The program aims to develop professionals in line with our culture and values that could take a full time position by the end of the Program. To do so, we designed a learning model that mixes on-the-job activities, training and mentoring process with Company Managers and Directors
Young apprentices program
This program was created for young students who are looking for their first opportunity in the job market. Though no previous professional experience is required, we will be looking for students who are ambitious, eager to learn and have a strong desire to be a part of our global success.
As an apprentice you will be appointed a manager who will work closely with the human resources team in order to guarantee you are given the best possible start in your career.
Working together to help you succeed
To ensure the success of the program, we have partnered with an association that aims to promote the social inclusion of young students through educational actions and involvement in the job market. During the course of the year you will be trained in the following aspects:
- Basic education about professional life, how to behave in the professional environment and what to expect in terms of career development.
- Professional education (including certification assurance) in several areas through weekly professional courses. The courses are selected based on the knowledge required to perform your job within Ferrero.
- Follow up and feedback from the ‘tutors’ (managers) within Ferrero.
- Young students also have access to a centre for social development offered by our partner association; they offer psychologists, social assistants and nurses that promote social educational activities for personal development and improving quality of life.
